Dr. Hugo Wong

Holds a Doctor of Education (EdD) specializing in Information Technology in Education from The Education University of Hong Kong. He also holds a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, a Diploma in Special Education (specializing in Emotional and Behavioral Difficulties), and a Post-graduate Diploma in IT Business Planning. He is a Registered Teacher in Hong Kong.
Brings 20 years of frontline teaching and administrative management experience, having served as a secondary school teacher, senior lecturer at colleges/universities, and educational consultant.
Served as the Project Manager for the 《eTeaching Literacy Project》, an educational initiative funded by the Hong Kong Quality Enhancement Support Scheme, where he successfully enhanced university faculty’s digital teaching capabilities through e-learning literacy interventions.
