Dr. Hugo Wong is an experienced educator and researcher with 20 years of experience in teaching and academic leadership. He holds a Doctor of Education in Technology Education from The Education University of Hong Kong, alongside degrees in Business Management, IT Business Planning, and Special Education. A Hong Kong Registered Teacher, Dr. Wong has held various positions across secondary and tertiary education, working as a senior lecturer, teaching consultant, and project manager. He is a past member of the BCS and IEEE, and has contributed widely to the global academic community as a journal reviewer, published author, and conference chair.
Ms. Koni Lui combines a technical background with advanced leadership expertise. A graduate in Electronic Engineering from HKUST, she later sharpened her strategic insight by completing the Executive Leadership Programme at Oxford University’s Saïd Business School in 2025. Known widely for her leading role in the popular TVB sitcom Come Home Love: Lo and Behold since 2017, Ms. Lui successfully balances a demanding entertainment career with continuous professional development, embodying the spirit of lifelong learning.
