- Brings 20 years of frontline teaching and administrative management experience, having served as a secondary school teacher, senior lecturer at colleges/universities, and educational consultant.
- Served as the Project Manager for the 《eTeaching Literacy Project》, an educational initiative funded by the Hong Kong Quality Enhancement Support Scheme, where he successfully enhanced university faculty’s digital teaching capabilities through e-learning literacy interventions.
- Member of the British Computer Society (BCS) and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), with extensive experience as a peer reviewer for international academic journals.

Prof. Eugenia Ng

Expert Background:

Served successively as the Director of the Centre for Learning and Teaching at Lingnan University, Associate Dean of the Graduate School at The Education University of Hong Kong, and Registrar at The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong), with prior experience at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
Published numerous academic papers in top-tier international journals and led or participated in a wide array of international academic conferences; a globally recognized expert in the field of science and technology education.
